He will inform you to go to Middle Town, and to find a Captain. After defeating the Boss, some dialogue will appear and you will have to return to the Military Detective NPC. Open the door with the key, and you will gain access to a new boss, the Ice Admiral. In the cave where you learn Abilities, there will be a wooden door. To complete the Quest, go to the Frozen Village located near Underwater City, Impel Down and Jungle. Talk to him, and he will give you a "quest" along with a key to a special room. On the left of the Quest Giver, there is an NPC named Military Detective. Once you've reached Level 700+, head to Impel Down. To access the Second Sea, you must be Lvl. I understood they're not always conscious of these nerfs. As a part of Update 8, a huge new map was introduced, dubbed the 'Second Sea'. Nonetheless, the most of changes are done as a result of other modifications (if they update the equations of the resistance etc.). They replied me that's difficult for them to list all the modifications but they'll try. Hello, your comment is relevant, this is why I sent it to the devs. If you make any changes to the game, no matter how bad they are, you should at least have the decent politeness to include them in the patch notes. Ninja patch/nerf is a real $hitty move from the devs. Originally posted by Rabeck: if they changed something then they should tell us, ninja nerf on vampiric kit after being publicly nerfed, ninja nerf on fountain pen's toxic water and I believe ore too, ninja nerf on side quest drops, stuff like that affects us and it's only what I've noticed, what else has changed? do weapons have slightly less durability? do zombies do 5% more damage? are there areas that now will only drop basic garbage that nobody uses? who knows Rest of the npc ask for killing 20-40 zombies, dealing a bit of electric damage, fetching items you get nearby or on the way, easy Joshua might be an issue too, the lowered drop rate makes it hard to salvage tools from Paulette and a LOT of the shovels/pickaxes you find on the ground are trash (even with the strategy to increase quality) Jordan and Herman are a real issue here, killing 125 isn't hard, but real boring, one fishing rod shouldn't be hard to get and you can use it to fish for Herman's quest, but Herman.oh boy, with the recent drop in quest items and that for some reason there are fishing spots in walker river that can be looted without a fishing rod (albeit mostly having just garbage fish) it'll take a while to get that salt Jenny is annoying, there's times when all 3 zombies spawn in the same spot, then there's times when you only see catapults and have to wander 20 minutes to find a protector or puker In the case of side quests, just go preparedĬarry a box of chocolates for Sophie(good quality or above to guarantee the 3 chocos), don't recicle them until after you're at the park's statueįor Amber you only need enough wood and at least 2 rope in your inventory, craft fishing rods and dismantle themĬassandra has 4 containers close, no need for anything elseįor Gordon there's a candy dispenser next him, one next to Cassandra, there's 3 more at Sunset close to the spawn and 2 at the store down the road in mesaįor Kaitlyn bring stuff to dismantle (a couple can be found above Abby), if it's not enough use the materials you just salvaged to make shovels and dismantle for more toolsįor Shelton bring 2 gas containers from Cassandra's, there's two more by the second building near the spawn at walker riverįor Tasha bring two red fishes and at least 1 beef rib, that should guarantee 10 fish and 4 meat
